Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending the Event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Attendee," "you," "your") and FloW Mauritius ("we," "us," "our," "Organizer") governing your purchase of tickets and attendance at FloW Her Power 2026 conference ("Event") to be held on March 8, 2026 in Mauritius.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for the Event, or accessing our website (flowevents.mu), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET OR ATTEND THE EVENT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, including the Mauritian Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Event Information

Event Details:

  • Event Name: FloW Her Power 2026
  • Date: March 8, 2026 (International Women's Day)
  • Time: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Venue: Mauritius (specific location to be confirmed)
  • Speaker: Kavyal Sedanni (International Life Coach & Hypnotherapist)
  • Capacity: 1,500 attendees
  • Organizer: FloW Mauritius

The Event is designed for professional women (18 years and older) seeking personal and professional development through transformational coaching, mindfulness practices, and leadership training.

3. Ticket Purchase & Contract Formation

Under Article 1108 of the Mauritian Civil Code, a valid contract requires: (1) consent of parties, (2) capacity to contract, (3) a lawful object, and (4) lawful consideration. Your ticket purchase constitutes a binding contract subject to these Terms.

3.1 Ticket Types & Pricing

  • Regular Ticket: MUR 25,000 (Early Bird until January 31, 2026) | MUR 30,000 (Regular Price from February 1, 2026)
    • Full-day conference access (9 AM - 6 PM)
    • All 5 transformational sessions
    • Lunch and refreshments
    • Conference materials & workbook
    • Certificate of attendance
  • Premium Ticket: MUR 31,250 (Early Bird) | MUR 37,500 (Regular Price)
    • Everything in Regular ticket PLUS:
    • VIP front-row seating
    • Exclusive 30-minute meet & greet with Kavyal Sedanni
    • Signed copy of journal
    • Post-event session recordings access
    • Complimentary 30-minute coaching consultation
    • VIP event swag bag

3.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

  • MCB Juice: Mobile payment platform
  • my.t money: Mobile payment platform

Payment is processed manually. Your ticket will be confirmed within 24-48 hours of payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.

3.3 Contract Formation

The contract between you and FloW Mauritius is formed when:

  1. You submit your ticket purchase request through our website
  2. You complete payment via MCB Juice or my.t money
  3. We verify your payment
  4. You receive a confirmation email from us

Your confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase and creates a binding contract under Mauritian law.

3.4 Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for one person only for the Event on March 8, 2026. Tickets are non-transferable without written permission from FloW Mauritius. Premium tickets are personal and cannot be transferred or reassigned.

4. Registration & Attendance

4.1 Registration Requirements

To purchase a ticket, you must provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Valid email address
  • Phone number
  • Dietary requirements (if applicable)
  • Accessibility needs (if applicable)
  • Emergency contact information

You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

4.2 Age Requirement

This Event is intended for professional women aged 18 years and older. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old on the Event date.

4.3 Check-In & Entry

  • Registration opens at 8:30 AM on March 8, 2026
  • You must present your ticket confirmation email (digital or printed) and valid photo ID for entry
  • Late arrival may result in missed sessions; no refunds will be provided for late attendees
  • Re-entry is permitted with valid ticket and ID

4.4 Seating

Premium ticket holders are guaranteed VIP front-row seating. Regular ticket holders will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements for safety, accessibility, or operational reasons.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our complete Refund Policy for detailed information. Summary below:

5.1 Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before Event (before February 6, 2026):
    • Full refund minus MUR 500 administrative fee
    • Refund processed within 14 business days
  • 15-30 days before Event (February 6 - February 21, 2026):
    • 50% refund of ticket price
    • Or transfer to another person (subject to approval)
  • Less than 15 days before Event (after February 21, 2026):
    • No refund
    • Ticket transfer permitted with written approval

5.2 Organizer-Initiated Cancellation

If FloW Mauritius cancels the Event for any reason:

  • You will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 14 business days
  • FloW Mauritius is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred

5.3 Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement
  • No refunds will be provided after the 7-day window

6. Liability & Indemnification

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Mauritian law, FloW Mauritius, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct)
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or transportation issues
  • Accommodation booking problems
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Loss of business opportunity, profits, or reputation

Our maximum aggregate liability to you under this agreement shall not exceed the ticket price you paid.

6.2 Attendee Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your personal safety and well-being during the Event
  • Your personal belongings (we recommend travel insurance)
  • Compliance with venue rules and regulations
  • Your conduct and behavior at the Event

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FloW Mauritius from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (c) your conduct at the Event.

6.4 Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and event insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and personal property loss or damage.

7. Code of Conduct

FloW Her Power 2026 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees. By attending, you agree to:

7.1 Expected Behavior

  • Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
  • Respect personal boundaries and consent
  • Comply with all venue safety and security protocols
  • Silence mobile devices during sessions
  • Participate constructively in workshops and activities

7.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Physical or verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation
  • Possession or use of weapons, illegal substances, or alcohol (except in designated areas)
  • Disruption of sessions, presentations, or Event activities
  • Unauthorized recording, photography, or livestreaming of sessions without permission
  • Commercial solicitation or unauthorized promotion of products/services

7.3 Enforcement

FloW Mauritius reserves the right to:

  • Issue warnings for Code of Conduct violations
  • Remove attendees from the Event immediately without refund for serious violations
  • Ban attendees from future FloW Mauritius events
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities

Decisions regarding Code of Conduct enforcement are at the sole discretion of FloW Mauritius and are final.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Event Content

All Event content, including but not limited to presentations, materials, workbooks, recordings, speaker insights, and branding, is the intellectual property of FloW Mauritius, Kavyal Sedanni, or respective third-party licensors and is protected by Mauritian and international copyright law.

8.2 Recording & Photography

  • Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted during breaks and networking sessions
  • Photography or recording during sessions requires explicit written permission from FloW Mauritius
  • Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Event content is strictly prohibited
  • Premium ticket holders will receive authorized post-event session recordings for personal use only

8.3 Event Materials

Workbooks, materials, and resources provided at the Event are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

8.4 Your Image & Likeness

By attending the Event, you grant FloW Mauritius the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use photographs, videos, or recordings that include your image or likeness for:

  • Event promotion and marketing materials
  • Social media posts and website content
  • Press releases and media coverage

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform Event staff upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

9. Force Majeure

FloW Mauritius shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (cyclones, floods, earthquakes)
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
  • Government orders, regulations, or travel restrictions
  • Venue closure or unavailability
  • Speaker illness or unavailability
  • Power outages, telecommunications failures, or infrastructure breakdowns

In the event of Force Majeure:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event or provide an alternative format (e.g., virtual)
  • If the Event is canceled, you will receive a full refund within 30 days
  • We are not liable for any consequential damages, travel expenses, or indirect losses

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data for Event registration, communication, and management purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on exercising your rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, including the Mauritian Civil Code, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  1. Contact FloW Mauritius directly at info@flowevents.mu to attempt informal resolution
  2. If informal resolution fails, either party may initiate mediation before resorting to litigation
  3. Legal proceedings may only be commenced after good-faith attempts at mediation

12. Amendments & Modifications

FloW Mauritius reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered attendees and posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

If you have already purchased a ticket, material changes to these Terms will not apply retroactively without your consent, except where required by law.

Continued use of our website or attendance at the Event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FloW Mauritius regarding the Event and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
